Serves as the administrative assistant to the director of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness (OIE). Duties include the following: managing the daily operations of OIE, providing administrative support functions to the Curriculum Committee, assisting with the coordination, monitoring, and implementation of curriculum development processes and procedures, and providing technical support to the director of OIE for unit management, data analysis, reporting, and maintenance of curricular information in PeopleSoft and the College Catalog, and on Reynolds.edu.

Minimum Qualifications
Considerable knowledge of administrative and office support functions. Considerable knowledge of and proficiency with applicable computer software programs, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Demonstrated ability to write in a clear, professional manner with impeccable grammar and spelling, as well as excellent proofreading and editing skills. Demonstrated ability to perform highly detailed work in an accurate manner. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and maintain accurate financial records. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment using excellent organizational and office management skills. Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with individuals having a wide range of interests and backgrounds. Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with individuals both internal and external to the organization, while exhibiting excellent customer service skills. Associate degree or an equivalent combination of training, coursework, and experience related to the position. The selected candidate must successfully pass the college's pre-employment security screening.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree. Experience working in a college or university setting and considerable experience as an administrative assistant or office manager. Considerable experience creating and maintaining web pages with Microsoft FrontPage or similar software and experience using Microsoft Access or similar software to create and maintain a database. Experience managing information in PeopleSoft or other higher education enterprise data system.
