Job Description: Human Resources Manager Training Program, Scarborough, ME Job ID51734 LocationScarborough,Maine Experience Required2-5 years Education RequiredHigh School Degree or Equivalent Functional AreaHuman Resources Position TypeRegular Full-Time Relocation ProvidedNo Line of Business Position Description 8 week paid, structured training program designed to acclimate the chosen candidate to the Lowe's Home Improvement retail environment as well as to provide chosen qualified candidate with the training necessary to successfully perform in a store Human Resource Manager position. During training period, individual will be responsible for successfully completing all training activities, coursework and quizzes. One week of out of market travel will be required to complete classroom sessions. Once training program is completed, individual will be qualified for placement as a store Human Resource Manager.

Position Requirements 3 years of HR Generalist experience and/or secondary education with a concentration in an Human Resource discipline is required. PHR Certification is strongly preferred and will be considered equivalent to 1 year of the minimum experience required. Retail experience, 4-year undergraduate degree preferred. Internal candidates must have been in current location and position 6 months.

No Class A of B written warnings in the past ninety days. Rated "Meets Standards" on all past six months S.T.A.R. Reviews, or rated "Achieving Expectations" (or higher) on last PPA. Schedule determined based on the needs of the store.
