Job Description In depth understanding of ITIL (v3) Service

Management best practices,incident, problem, and change management procedures.

Qualifications Motivator ignite a fire, establish

momentum and keep the pace.

Guide carefully guide the participants

through a facilitation.

Questioner listen carefully, quickly analyze and compare comments to formulate questions that help manage group

discussion

Clairvoyant watch carefully for signs of

strain, aggravation, and confusion and respond in advance to avoid

dysfunctional behavior

Peacemaker quickly step in to re-direct

group toward constructive resolution

Taskmaster keep session on track, and

prevent detours

Interpreter translate complex technical

issues into business language

Business Writer document and communicate

discussions, issues, progress statements, and action plans for a varied

audience (including all levels of leadership)
