Under the direction of the Director of Lean Six Sigma, the Lean Six Sigma Master is responsible for coaching and guiding our client to continually improve their LSS program and deliver the highest quality results, as well as, for planning, directing, and ensuring accomplishment of the Lean Six Sigma strategy and goals with client site and identifying growth opportunities for ICMC and funneling them through the Director of the Lean Six Sigma.

The LSS Master will partner and collaborate with the Director of Lean Six Sigma and the Executive Team members (Vice President level and higher) at the client site. The LSS Master will assist in coaching/mentoring and establishing process performance indicators/metrics to ensure that projects are operating optimally, along with facilitating/leading large-scale events to produce results and participating in curriculum development and training. A contributor to the improvement efforts, theLSS Master works to meet customer requirements and internal goals of cost reduction, and increased efficiency, effectiveness, and regulatory performance. This role is also responsible for delivering university-level Lean Six Sigma training courses for executives and stakeholders in the areas of Green Belt, Black Belt, Champion Training, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen and other Lean principles.

Skills and Experience:
BA/BS degree(s) in business or a related technical or business discipline; 2-5 years of relevant work experience in business analysis, process analysis, or similar position with verifiable track record of positive accomplishment required; Healthcare experience preferred; 2+ years of direct experience as a certified Green Belt or Black Belt (or demonstrated equivalent) delivering Lean Six Sigma Training; Completed transactional-related projects with demonstrated success and financial results; Technical competency in Lean Six Sigma skills: DMAIC, Lean, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen/Work-Out and Change Management; Lean Six Sigma strategy development and deployment; Experience presenting to/communicating with leadership/executives; Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Outlook and Minitab; Strong leadership skills with proven ability to facilitate cross-functional teams; Strong communication/presentation skills when leading a team and presenting to leadership/executives; Coaching, guiding and mentoring executives and stakeholders.
