The DaySpring Specialty business unit is positioned for growth and is a key area of action. We manage product lines and craft strategy, while serving as the P&L leaders for a sizable component of the business. In our role, we serve as the hub, collaborating and influencing all departments to move us towards our goals.

External Position Description

The APM II leads and executes specialty and gift programs/solutions for designated channel and product lines. The APM II follows directions as set by Product Manager in partnership with Customer Business Development teams. Focus on internal execution but with concurrent emphasis on retail performance and productivity. Must gain understanding of consumer insights and apply to products and in-store execution.

  • 12 months of product marketing experience
    • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
    • Ability to exercise tact and good interpersonal skills to lead a team or group toward a common goal
    • Be a self-starter, highly motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is continually changing
    • Aptitude for project management
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Ability to be pro-active with a sense of urgency and tenacity
    • Good insight into the social media experience
    • Experience in marketing/selling product to Walmart
    • Proficient in MS Excel
