Cargill Value Added Meats - Retail facilities utilize state-of-the-art beef, pork and turkey processing capabilities to deliver high-quality meat products to our partners. Advanced technologies and imaginative people create innovative solutions and distinctive value for our customers. Our retail customers come to us from traditional grocers, supermarkets and warehouse clubs to provide their meat and deli needs. We provide innovative solutions for their fresh meat case, frozen meat departments, deli counters, and more.

Cargill Value Added Meats has an opening for

Feed Mill Manager

in located in the

Springdale, AR

facility. The Feed Mill Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the facility including employee and operational safety, turnover, feed mill costs, customer satisfaction and facility efficiency.

Specific responsibilities:
Management of the facility's approximately 40 employees

Quality control of all inbound ingredients and outbound feeds

Scheduling feed production and delivery

Management of the P/L and CIP

Maintenance of the facility, it's equipment and rolling stock

Management of the company's short line railroad

Keeping the operation compliant with all state and federal regulations including OSHA, FDA, DOT and DEQ

Direct a work force of approximately 20 employees.



Bachelor degree in Agri Business, Animal Science, or related field


3 - 5 years previous management experience,


Excellent communication and computer skills


Extensive knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements
