And they're establishing a first-class process and systems infrastructure that supports the business-buying experience.The North American Business Operations Manager is responsible for cross-functionally defining, developing, and overseeing North American Business Operations primarily encompassing: Business product fulfillment, launch logistics, operational processes and policies, and daily support. This person will be charged with: -creating a world-class business product fulfillment strategy and vision, in partnership with many different teams across Apple, that is aligned to our overall Retail Business vision and customer needs-managing launch and campaign-related activities including providing timely direction, reviewing related field communications for global accuracy, and ensuring day-of support needs and reporting are sufficiently managed-overseeing any daily support needs and representing Retail Business as our Retail Store Support Team liaison-maintaining North American Business Team operational process documents and materials and driving global consistency across Retail hereCandidates must possess excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills with a proven track record of leadership and collaboration across a large and diverse organization, be able to think and act strategically while not hesitating to assist in pushing an initiative forward, and be able to effectively interact and influence all levels in the organization. In addition, the ideal candidate offers: *10+ years in B2B/Business Development or consulting experience related to B2B technology sales preferred*Solid knowledge/experience in B2B supply chains*Strong analytical and demonstrated problem solving skills. Proven ability to identify trends, develop strategies, and implement solutions.*Strong writing skills*Ability to analyze and recognize potential impact on our customers and stores*Excellent project management and organization skills.
