We have seven plants nationwide. The Associate will direct the production activities in a modern sheet metal ductwork fabricating shop located in Grinnell, IA. That includes managing Production Associates and a small salaried staff; scheduling production and controlling inventory, shipping and maintenance; and analyzing problems and recommending improvements. Qualifications include: a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or the like, with co-op or internship experience working in a fabricating plant; knowledge of plant safety requirements, including OSHA and EPA regulations, and Lean manufacturing concepts. The Associate will travel to other McGill plants for training.
