Responsible for supporting local and distributed user, in a Helpdesk environment (phone support).
- Associates degree in Computer Science preferred.
- 1-2 years experience in a phone support position preferred.
- A+, MCSA, MCSE preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of GroupWise, Microsoft Office Suite, Windows XP/7, Citrix.
- Strong customer service skills & problem solving skills required.
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
- Some travel required.
