User Support Specialist

Responsible for supporting local and distributed user, in a Helpdesk environment (phone support).
  • Associates degree in Computer Science preferred.
  • 1-2 years experience in a phone support position preferred.
  • A+, MCSA, MCSE preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge of GroupWise, Microsoft Office Suite, Windows XP/7, Citrix.
  • Strong customer service skills & problem solving skills required.
  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
  • Some travel required.
