Jacksonville location is seeking an Office Assistant.

You will have the organizational and detail skills necessary to maintain the office environment, multi-task and assist the Manager at this location.

This location is a service facility. You will work closely with service personnel.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

*Answering phones

*Maintaining compliance for safe work environment.

*Daily cash reporting

*General office duties, filing, managing supplies

*Inventory management & purchasing

*Basic accounting

*Maintain scheduling for the install shop production

*Special projects as assigned

Previous office experience required.

Experience with inventory control a plus.

Strong computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office products and able to adapt to new software as utilized for operations.

Good Organizational skills
