Our engineering efforts allow Conductor’s customers to integrate visitor analytics information such as traffic and revenue with other online marketing metrics. Analytics data and online marketing metrics together form a powerful core of data and analysis for Conductor’s customers; this role is a key contributor to the success of the engineering team and the business.

The Lead Engineer, Applications will manage delivery of new projects for the web applications team. This Lead will have a direct impact on shaping new product features: their scope, how they interact with other pieces of the application, and their delivery.
As Lead you will:
Manage new development projects and ensure on-schedule delivery
Collaborate directly with Product Management to define project scope and requirements
Champion development best practices across the code base
Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the engineers assigned to projects
Drive the introduction of a service oriented architecture
This is a senior role with direct impact on the development and delivery of a game-changing product in a brand new industry.
Qualifications:
Experience leading developer teams with on time delivery of major application features
Expert working knowledge of Java, JQuery and JSP
Expert knowledge of Spring MVC and its various components. Knowledge of Spring Security is an added bonus
Understanding of Thrift and SOA
Comfortable working both as an individual contributor and as a leader/member of a small team
