Managers must manage a Shari’s restaurant in a profitable manner following company policies and procedures.
Promote good employee and customer relations through consistent
implementation of company standards.
*Identify and develop quality staff using Shari’s standard training programs.
*Be responsible and accountable and will be rewarded for the successful operation of a Shari’s restaurant.
*Management responsibilities include:
Sales Growth - positive trend and a marketing program in effect.
*Profit Growth - meeting or exceeding goals in all cost control areas.
*QA - minimum % on a quarterly basis.
*Personnel - adequate staffing and qualified trainers in all positions.
*Administration - Organization of Daily, Weekly, and Period End bookwork, and good use of crew training programs.
*Human Relations - possesses personality, patience, and communication skills conducive to effective training.
*Safety - effective program in place with active crew participation.
Managers must have a flexible schedule to work nights, weekends and holidays.
