Manages the development and execution of a wide range of information materials for external and internal audiences. Establishes and maintains corporate identity, design standards, and policies. Typically supervises professionals as well as freelance designers and consultants. Works with other units on projects and programs . RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in marketing strategy development through high-concept ideas and high-level graphic design direction and execution for all individual life insurance print and digital collateral Develop creative solutions to meet business objectives in a cost effective manner Lead team of designers; assign projects and provide creative direction to staff Research and apply latest design trends as appropriate Participate in field advisory board/focus groups as needed to gain insight into team’s effectiveness in accomplishing objectives Develop, audit, and update brand standards/style guide as needed Perform regular quality checks and ensure collateral meets brand and compliance standards Partner with Sr. Marketing Consultants to develop innovative and approachable solutions to complex and often technical problems Ensure deadlines are met Assist in vendor management and print procurement/rate card management Partner with Director Marketing to ensure best practices for literature management/fulfillment and digital marketing procedures Manages the development and execution of a wide range of information materials for external and internal audiences.
