- Processing and shipping supply orders
- Track FedEx shipments
- Supporting Regional Director with administrative responsibilities
- Maintaining employee lists, contact information and reviews
- Monitoring regional inventories and product issues
- Maintain and update information required for monthly meetings and corporate office
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Your qualifications must include a high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3+ years of administrative experience in fast paced, detail-oriented working environment. Strong organizational, analytical skills, excellent communication and proven customer service skills are required; computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
