Regional Sales and Marketing Manager
for Pennsylvania & Delaware!

Location: Position is based in Pennsylvania & Delaware, open to any home-based location in Eastern Pennsylvania. (8 Senior living communities including AL & MC)

Ideal Candidate
Should have minimum 5 years of successful multi-site management experience in Senior Housing, preferrably assisted living
Sales & marketing experience with proven results
Proven track record in leading and coaching sales professionals to achieve census development goals
Maintain compliance will all applicable laws and regulations
Ensuring company culture is embraced throughout region
Lead with a balanced focus on service, people and financial success
Strong customer service track record with measurable results
Must be able to travel quite frequently throughout the region with some overnight stays
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems is required
Experience with public speaking a plus
