Manager Clinical Labs-Provides diagnostic and therapeutic information or products, prepares students, and improves services by planning, organizing, implementing, and conducting the human, fiscal, and physical resources of the Hospital Laboratory clinical department. Tasks will include budget monitoring and resolution, Project Management, Improving Services, Quality Control, Inventory Management, and Managing Technical Operations. Minimum Requirements Requires Master of Science degree and 4 years of experience OR Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or equivalent and 5 years of management experience. This position requires general knowledge of laboratory operations including human resource management, financial management, quality improvement, contract negotiation, etc.
Incumbent must have experience managing a customer service operation. Core Lab Manager requires FL AHCA 590-5002 Supervisor License in Chemistry.
