Interfor is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant – Human Resources at our Port Angeles location in Washington. The successful candidate will be responsible for site level administrative support as well as HR administrative support as needed.

Position Details:

Major responsibilities:

Administrative Support - Site
  • Greet Employees, customers, vendors, and other guests upon arrival to the Interfor office.
  • Answer phones and accurately direct caller inquiries.
  • Provide Administrative support to Site Leadership.
  • Filing, printing, copying, and other duties associated with meeting preparations, recordkeeping, training sessions, and other events as they occur.
  • Other duties as required.

Administrative Support – Human Resources
  • Assist in producing various HR reports, safety reports, presentations, spread sheets, etc.
  • Assist in coordinating HR related employee training programs.
  • Maintain employee database and personnel files and ensure proper procedures are in place for safeguarding of confidential information.
  • Support the administration of the various benefit plans.
  • Other duties as required.

Required Experience
  • Minimum 2 years Administrative experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Ability to interact in a professional and respectful manner with all audience levels.
