Perform and respond to Furniture and Space work requests, inventory and organize furniture stock, respond with building technicians to troubleshoot and repair of Building Management Systems (BMS), Heating and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Boiler, Life-Safety, Plumbing, Lighting, Flooring, Uninterrupted Power System (UPS), and all other systems, buildings, properties, and equipment conducive to the operations of Nu Skin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and move furniture systems
  • Assist in troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
  • Clean, lubricate, and service a wide variety of pumps, valves, and controls.
  • Help install, modify, and maintain building equipment systems.
  • Schedule, performance, and documentation of preventative and predictive maintenance.
  • Operation and check of life safety/fire systems.
  • Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for malfunctions.
  • Perform work in compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Be ready to respond immediately to emergency situations and concerns.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform other functions as directed from Facilities Services Manager when necessary. Level 1 Qualifications:

  • Working towards Degree in related field.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Knowledge of and/or willingness to learn Microsoft Office suite and other software tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain high level of personal integrity and reliability.
  • Willing to embrace new methodologies, work in a strong team environment, and participate in / contribute to building the team through ongoing training.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, climb, stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to left 50-75lbs.
