Reviews and tests computer-based training products to ensure they meet customer requirements and are compliant with applicable standards and functions in a learning management system. Investigates and prepares responses to requests for CBT/LMS technical support from customers, to answer customer questions and solve issues. Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems referring to established precedents. Prepares CBT courseware for release to customers using various delivery methods by selecting the appropriate CBT courseware and supporting documentation as required. Create Lessons from CBT courseware and install/manage the lessons in a Learning Management System (LMS). Packages courseware with appropriate installation software. Documents all aspects of customer deliveries. Explores and assists in evaluating new technologies in computer-based training to enhance courseware and the development process.
