Preference will be given to former HNTB interns.
HNTB does NOT pay for housing or relocation for this position.
- Performs elementary architectural assignments and works from designs of others
- Compiles data, performs basic computations and prepares working drawings on projects of limited scope
- Assists in compiling data for architectural plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports, etc.
- Assists in the preparation of contract drawings for new and alteration projects
- Assists in conducting preliminary studies to obtain information as to space and design requirements, obtaining measurements and making sketches preliminary to the preparation of contract drawings
- Assists in the preparation of design development drawings
- Researches, gathers, and records information for use in writing specifications
- Performs basic analyses of design, planning and occupancy studies and limited design layouts
- Completion of 2 or more years of an accredited post-secondary Architecture program by June 2013
- Currently enrolled student who will return to school in the fall
- Graduation date of December 2013 or later
