The Project Coordinator will report to the Assistant Executive Director (AED) and provide support to the Membership, Marketing and Communications Department. The main focus of this project coordinator position will be to provide administrative and project support to the AED. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple projects effectively, prioritizing and executing tasks and reacting promptly and efficiently to changing priorities, demands, and deadlines.
This is a newly created position to provide support for a change in our membership structure, a new website, and rebranding of all ASBO communications.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Administrative Support to AED
Assist AED with various time-sensitive tasks, including researching topics, responding to member and non-member inquiries, and facilitating development of association projects • Prepare communications, including PowerPoint presentations, reports, and correspondence •Coordinate meetings, including reserving meeting space, scheduling conference calls, and prepare agendas • Create surveys to specific member groups • Coordinate with outside vendors with relation to buyers guide and ASBO Store • Help obtain bids and costs from vendors.
Marketing & Communications Task Management
Assist the Marketing & Communications Manager with website updates • Maintain web domain names and copyright of ASBO names and logos • Assist with building member segmentation profiles • Work with Kentico, informz, IMIS management systems.
Membership Task Management
Assist with the day-to-day activities of secondary memberships, including corporate, library, etc • Respond to secondary member inquiries and coordinate with external contractors • Assist the Membership Manager with the coordination of the membership ambassador program.
