Responsible to the NSOM Quality Manager for all aspects of the quality program at the Guam Remote Tracking Station.
Conduct Performance Work Statement audits and inspections to ensure compliance with contract requirements, provide inputs for process improvements, monitor/track/report contract deliverables.
Work with contract Site Manager on numerous site issues including Crisis Response Program, site improvements projects, Operating Instructions and procedures.
Represent the Site Manager in meetings when Site Manager is unavailable.
Ability to research AF instructions and assist in the identification of corrective action plans.
Successful candidates should have a high school diploma and 8+ years relevant experience (or commensurate combination of education, training and experience).
Strong administrative skills.
Knowledge of QA program implementation.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Experience with the Air Force Satellite Control Network (AFSCN) operations in responsible positions is a plus.
Experience with an established quality program at the system and sub-system level.
Previous experience supporting DoD/government customers.
This position requires the candidate to already possess an active Secret clearance and to maintain the clearance.
