Provide a high level of Customer Service to both internal and external customers
•Accurately enter orders, credits and Return Authorizations
•Create/provide proper documentation
•Ensure timely follow-up to ensure appropriate resolution
•Must be 18 years of age or older and be available to work nights and weekends.
•Must be bilingual, English/Spanish
•Excellent skills - verbal, written, math, computer and inter-personal.
•Self-motivated and flexible
•Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
•Retail or wholesale experience preferred
