Successful candidate will possess well developed interpersonal skills, be organized and attentive to details, and be a strong team player.
Prefer candidates with a background in mental health/behavioral health or working with people with emotional issues, and experience with Motivational Interviewing is a plus.

Provide service to clinical teams in support of optimal care.
Position offers an opportunity to work with a team of professionals dedicated to improving the outcomes of Aetna members in outpatient mental health treatment. Position provides opportunity to learn about evidence-based treatment for mental health conditions. Attention to detail is necessary along with strong written, verbal, and organizational skills. A background in working with individuals with mental health conditions is desirable but not required.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
