The Senior HRIS Manager will be responsible for leading the HRIS teams successful delivery of systems and process solutions for the Companys Human Resources Management Systems. Will lead both PeopleSoft and internal systems projects. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading and project planning during the full life cycle of requirements gathering, creating systems design specifications, developing and executing test plans and scripts and implementation. The Senior HRIS Manager is responsible for supporting HRMS clients ensuring the ongoing operations and maintenance of HRMS systems and the various interfaces to other systems. This position involves regular communication with senior management on project status and risks. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Applications Development, the Senior HRIS Manager will have a number of roles to fulfill:
Drive your projects to completion using project management best practices and strong influencing skills over matrixes resources. Manage multiple programs/projects involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the timely and successful delivery of a product or system. Assemble project teams, assign individual responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedule to ensure timely completion of project and meeting deadlines of project. Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and makes tradeoff, balance the business needs versus technical constraints and encourages risk taking behavior to maximize business benefit. Focus heavily on cross-functional communication to ensure key decisions and status surrounding your projects is clear to all. Providing project management role in designing, testing, and implementing PeopleSoft and other systemic solutions. Lead reoccurring annual projects such as Open Enrollment, and Benefits and Payroll Year End. Lead project teams supporting on-going HRMS activities and their applications. Conducting fit-gap analysis, creating detailed designs, creating testing scenarios, and outlining implementation strategies as needed for change requests and system enhancement requests from customers. Ensuring production issues are resolved successfully and timely by department team members or outside department members

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 10 years of PeopleSoft HRMS experience focusing on HR, Benefits (Base Benefits and Benefits Administration), Time and Labor, and Payroll Minimum of 5 years in a HRIS managerial role. Techno-functional exposure in Payroll processing, Time and Labor, and Benefits modules. PeopleSoft configuration expertise in the following areas: >Base Benefits such as building and testing benefit plans, benefit rates and benefit programs
>Benefits Administration such as building and testing eligibility and event rules, eBenefits display options, and flexible credits
>Human Resources such as building locations, departments, job codes
>Payroll such as building pay groups, earning codes and programs, deductions and deduction subsets
>Time and Labor such as building workgroups, dynamic groups, rules
Project management skills with proven leadership experience in all phases of the implementation lifecycle in HR systems projects Vendor / provider interface analysis, design, deployment, and trouble-shooting experience Experience in business analysis and execution of all steps in the system development lifecycle in conjunction with implementation of PeopleSoft or other system functionality Query experience and building and supporting simple queries for reporting SQL knowledge a plus.
