Reporting to the Field Manager, the Part-time Field Service Representative is responsible for assisting Field Associates with equipment management and Field Calls. This position will also be responsible for the following: Assist in equipment management including shipping, receiving, storage, organization, and inventory of available items; Prepare and package equipment in preparation for installations; Perform proper equipment disposal following established procedures; Removal of metering equipment from Panel Members' homes following established policies and procedures; Perform site surveys to collect detailed information on the consumer devices in a household, their location and use; Perform customer service calls including but not limited to, delivery of items to households, and meeting vendors at a household for appointments; Assisting Field Associates at Field Calls as assigned; Maintain all company assets; Perform administrative tasks, including time reporting, and expense reporting within established guidelines; Fulfill all assigned duties following Field Policy and Procedures.
This position requires the ability to work a non-traditional schedule, approximately 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
We offer $13.00 per hour plus .72/hour language differential after successfully passing our Spanish language assessment plus mileage reimbursement.

- High School diploma required.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle which meets our insurance requirements
- Spanish/English bilingual skills preferred
