May perform one or more of the following:
  • Maintain current expertise on all Title IV program regulations and school policies/procedures that impact student financial aid.
  • Successfully test assigned projects, CRs, system enhancements, and/or process changes as determined by BPA Management and/or Project Lead.
  • Develop and assist the BPA Analysts in the creation of Test plans for assigned CRs and/or Projects.
  • Attend meetings with Apollo IT, Student Financial Aid Office and Project Teams when necessary.
  • Perform manual functional and acceptance system testing.
  • Monitor multiple CRs and/or Project status to ensure deadlines are met
  • Responsible for the successful implementation and maintenance of Quality Center and Quick Test Professional.
  • Provides functional guidance, training and assistance to Software Testing staff members. Responsible for preparing weekly and monthly reports to prioritize all testing efforts within the department.
Learns to use professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.

Works on problems of limited scope.

Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.

Builds stable working relationships internally.

Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.

Responsible for preparing reports on project testing efforts as assigned and requested.

All other duties as assigned.

Required:
·

College degree (BS/BA) in information technology-related field or business-related field.

·

Outstanding written and oral communication skills.

·

Ability to work according to strict guidelines and maintain integrity of process instructions.

·

Strong work ethic.

·

Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.

·

Ability to work with high degree of flexibility.

·

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Highly Desirable Qualifications

·

Experience with enterprise-level software system dealing with insurance, demographic data elements, or claims processing.

·

Experience with testing software, putting together test presentations, and tracking and reporting test results.
