Join the OEM Operations Global Readiness Organization (GRO) and be part of a global team whose mission is to deliver products, programs, processes, and systems to the OEM Channel to drive improvements for the team, the organization, our customers, and our shareholders.

This role is unique in that you will be splitting your time as Business Manager and Program Manager. Interested? Read on.

Primary Responsibilities include:

As Business Manager, you become the face of the organization and will represent GRO along with the Sr. Director at very high-visibility meetings and projects. You will be responsible for managing our budget, preparing management presentations and communications, tracking metrics and scorecards, driving fiscal year planning, tracking org commitments, overseeing day-to-day operations of global team, on-boarding new team members, and integrating with global OEM Ops Chief of Staff / Business Management community.

As our Compliance Program Manager, you will act as the primary contact / owner of our compliance portfolio, which includes driving the quarterly and annual audit of our OEM Licensing tool suite, assessing and mitigating compliance risks, leading audit readiness for licensing systems, supporting and maintaining our PMO SharePoint, driving people initiaitves, managing key org-impacting projects, and managing disaster recovery testing and validation of licensing systems.

Basic Qualifications:
8+ years Program or Project Management
Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and superior presentation skills
Strong Cross Group Collaboration, Business Acumen, and Leadership skills
Experience creating new business solutions and driving results across boundaries in an ambiguous environment
Strong cross group leadership and project management skills leading global teams
Deep passion for satisfying customer needs and achieving high customer and business partner satisfaction
Experience working closely with senior management to inform, influence, and collaborate
