Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Client Services Intern is to consult and collaborate with Experian partners and external clients to interpret and deliver client specifications by selecting appropriate tools to process client requests accurately and efficiently. There is opportunity to participate in Experian strategic projects that impact Client Services.

The Client Services Intern will be responsible for setting parameters using internal proprietary tools to facilitate the production process; will monitor the accuracy and completeness of all assigned requests, and provide technical support including testing, debugging, troubleshooting and implementing necessary changes, updates or additions. This position is production fulfillment based. Therefore, each job brings different challenges and solutions. This internship has the potential to become a full time opportunity upon completion in July.

Essential Job Functions

· Develop and implement work streams that provide business and technical solutions for Experian customers
· Set up and submit proprietary code and/or PC related program designs
· Define and implement quality control standards and procedures with high attention to detail
· Work with team members to improve level of technical knowledge and understanding of Experian products
· Provide customer service to external & internal clients directly and by phone
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements

· Ability to apply logic skills and analyze complex solutions

· Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
