TASC is seeking a Operational Analysts and Test Engineers to support the National Assessment Group, located in Albuquerque, New Mexico by providing analysis, engineering, and research tasks in response to customer requirements and specifications. Personnel also perform technical planning as well as analyze and develop technical documentation.
The ideal candidate will have experience and expertise in a cross section of the following areas:
Computer Network Attack/Computer Network Defense
Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance
Radio frequency analysis to include signal detection and associated theory of operation
Chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosive
Counter improvised explosive devices
Biometric and other identification technologies
Emerging weapon system technologies
Special operations and irregular warfare
Joint operational concepts and doctrine
Unmanned ground and air vehicles
Must possess and be able to maintain a Top Secret Clearance. Must be able to be cleared for Sensitive Compartmented Information and possess a current Special Background Investigation that was completed within the last five years. At least twelve years of applicable professional experience is required with two years full-time professional experience as a lead analyst on very complex programs. Experience requirement may be off-set by a Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in systems engineering, electronics engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field. Additionally, it is desired that the individual shall have commercial certifications related to T&E, or systems engineering, or program management. Acceptable, non-commercial certification equivalencies include DAWIA (Defense Acquisition Work Force Improvement Act) Level III in T&E (Test and Evaluation), SPRDE (Systems Planning, Research, Development, and Engineering) or Program Management issued by the Defense Acquisition University. Experience in a highly dynamic military organizations, such as Combatant Commander Staff is highly desirable. The individual is required to have experience using presentation software, spreadsheets, word processing and scheduling software, as well as the internet.
