Supervisor of Residential Programs The Kennedy Center, Inc. -

Oversee the Program Services of the Residential Program and act as the vocational liaison in the Centralized Case Management System.
Assist Administrator of Residential Services in the quality assurance program and the monitoring and follow through of the daily residential operation.
Assist in the development of appropriate behavioral programs for individual residents and coordinate the DDS Region 4 Program Review process.
Directly supervise the Residential Facility Managers in the delivery of residential services.
Serve as the Residential Manager when needed.
Participate as a member of the Kennedy Center Management Team.
Hours:
9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday -37.5 hours total (flexibility required)
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Behavioral Science or Special Education.
Masters Degree in Behavioral Science or Special Education preferred.
Two years administrative/supervisory experience.
Minimum of two years experience working with consumers with more involved behavioral issues.
