We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic Operations Manager who will give our clients the best internal and external service in the industry. The main focus of the Operations Manager is to manage the Audio Visual and Expo Services departments by overseeing the daily operations. To manage all the operational duties mandated by the Director. In addition, you must coordinate labor and inventory for the facility. It is your responsibility to ensure inventory is complete and proper equipment is ordered for upcoming meetings and events. Additional responsibilities include:
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the property, insuring operating standards and guidelines for the department is adhered to.
Operate within approved budget guidelines for maximum profit, efficiency and effectiveness.
Create a productive, communicative, and positive work environment for all employees.
Supervise A/V Technicians to ensure equipment is set and complete to the client’s satisfaction and ensure all room strikes and equipment is complete.
Maintain and adjust daily and weekly labor schedules for A/V Technicians.
Coordinate with Sales Team to ensure proper ordering of labor for projects and shows.
Accomplish cycle inventory of Company equipment as required by company policy.
Ensure assets are permanently marked/engraved as EPI Leasing, Inc. equipment and are properly identified.
Accomplish special inventories when requested by Directors to correct specific problems.
Generate system reports daily, to monitor progress.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Five (5) to seven (7) years related experience within the Hospitality or Events Industry
MUST have a hands on/working knowledge of Audio Visual equipment
MUST have previous experience managing Union labor
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Power Point)..
