Job Description:
PwC's Strategic Alliance function is a channel-focused, high-performing team that is strategically aligned to Advisory's priorities and passionately focused on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and driving long-term revenue growth for the Firm. The Strategic Alliance program is comprised of a portfolio of strategic vendor relationships that produce planned and repeatable cross Line-of Service revenue and serves as the formal "sell with" link between PwC and the vendor. The measureable growth of the Strategic Alliance program is enabled by aligning non-exclusively with market leaders while selectively pursuing industry and competency-focused relationships that will positively impact Firm growth and improve our ability to provide enhanced services to our clients.

The Alliance Channel Development team member will be part of the broader alliance team and will be dedicated to a specific alliance relationship with alignment defined by geography, solution area, and/or industry - all depending on the alliance and specific market needs. The primary focus will be to drive business development activities resulting in increased pipeline and competitive intelligence sourced through the alliance channel. This team member will be able leverage their alliance relationships with both priority accounts and potential new accounts to drive PwC's alliance solutions to those clients. They will execute the growth strategy as directed by the PwC partner leader and collaborate closely with the broader PwC alliance team and practice on pursuits and campaigns.

Position/Program Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
As the Oracle Alliance Channel Development Director, this role will require proven direct success driving business development and lead generation for Oracle HCM, CX, or Supply Chain solutions for all sectors nationally.

Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates proven success and expertise in building and exploiting an alliance channel based on specific market needs, which includes the following areas:
-Understanding and articulating the business benefits of Oracle's technologies, product offerings, licensing and support programs across various industries, emphasizing the development and maintenance of deep and expansive relationships within the Oracle organization across identified markets.
-Understanding, using and facilitating a sales methodology to further the business development cycle
-Driving business development and lead generation through external channels, emphasizing channel pipeline focus and marketing campaigns with an alliance

Demonstrated proven success as an individual contributor in an alliance business development role, working with accounts in industry-specific areas,for a professional services organization is preferred.

Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates proven success and extensive abilities building and managing net new pipeline sourced through the alliance channels, which include the following areas:
-Identifying client issues and priorities and providing solutions that are complementary between a professional services firm and an alliance
-Building and sustaining long term relationships with vendor alliances and clients to drive pipeline and incremental revenue
-Driving and implementing strategy; as well as writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently; to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management, with particular emphases on consistent messaging of the alliance value proposition to drive business development activities internally and externally
-Leading and collaborating with teams, which includes supervising teams and the alliance to create an atmosphere of trust; and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation
-Directing within a deadline-driven and matrixed professional services business environment, and overseeing and executing complex workstreams that support business development with the alliance channel

Minimum Years of Experience Necessary: 10

Minimum Degree(s) and Certification(s) Required: Completed Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) and/or Master's degree in Business Administration
