PacifiCAD is Southern Idaho's leader in Architecture, Engineering, & Construction Computer Automated Design solutions for 23years. PacifiCAD routinely earns exemplary feedback from independent polls for customer service, technical support, & custom programming enhancements to CAD.

The role of AEC Account Executive at PacifiCAD includes but is not limited to the following:

• Close qualified leads from the Inside Sales department & our software vendors
• Close or assist in closing sales for existing customer's subscription renewals, or software maintenance
• Assist in the generation of leads w/data mining tools such as McGraw Hill, Data.com, LinkedIN, etc
• Maintain data in our CRM system, Salesforce experience desired but not required.
• Promote PacifiCAD services including formal Authorized Training, on-demand Training, & Custom Programming
• Handle customer service issues from existing customers
• Assist in maintaining marketing material inventory levels

Skills Required and or Preferred:

• Experience in the AEC Industry

o BIM
o Sustainable Design
o Lean Construction
o Pre-Fabrication

• Corporate Account management
• Strong communications & public relations skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong customer service background
• Strong office-level computer skills
