The HR Project Specialist acts as the key project lead for key HR projects within the Peninsula Coastal Region. The incumbent develops scope documents and project plans and will be responsible for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing the project. Provide project status reporting and progress (report and metrics) against initiatives and reports progress to HR and other key stakeholders as appropriate. This position will also be responsible for coordinating project resources, assessing project success and associated risks, drafting contingency plans and stakeholder management.

REQUIRED: high school diploma or equivalent; a minimum of three (3) years experience in project management; must be a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)

PREFERRED: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in health care setting; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification; a minimum 3 years experience working in Human Resources
