Job Description

The Amazon Payment methods team manages all Amazon’s branded offerings globally such as cobrand credit cards (US, UK, CA, and DE), private label cards, shop with points programs, foreign exchange programs, credit card marketplace initiatives. These offerings are growing rapidly and we are continuously adding new market-leading features and launching new products.

Our team is looking for an experienced site merchandiser to launch and optimize new customer acquisition and usage initiatives for our Global products. You will be responsible for developing and implementing tests to improve waterfall conversion, driving traffic and awareness through internal and external marketing channels and partnering with key internal teams (such as Retail teams, Prime or Kindle) to drive higher awareness of our programs. This position involves regular communication with management on status, risks and financial and operational program metrics.

Besides having first-class written and verbal communication skills, this site merchandiser should be able to ruthlessly prioritize to meet deadlines, manage expectations and dependencies, and be able to see and show results with data. Technical requirements include XML, Excel, PowerPoint and some SQL, plus the ability to learn our in-house tools quickly.

The candidate will have at least three years experience with online merchandising or Web Publishing and will be innovative, motivated, self-directed, and willing to product managers synthesize business objectives into rapidly and flawlessly executed top-notch online merchandising.

Basic Qualifications

3+ years experience in online marketing Bachelor's degree
