Infrastructure engineering support for scheduling tools, including Control-M EM and Server (UNIX), Control-M agents (UNIX and Windows), ESP agent (UNIX), AutoSys server (UNIX), and AutoSys agents (UNIX and Windows).
Develop and test agent installation/upgrade scripts or packages for above products.
Develop, test, and implement automation of administrative tasks using platform appropriate scripting such as korn shell, perl, or Windows batch.
Document all developed solutions and turn over to run support personnel.
Scheduling Infrastructure Engineer Skills Required to be considered:
This resource should be similar to an experienced UNIX sysadmin with a good working understanding of Windows.
Familiar with installation and administration of software packages on Windows Server and various UNIX platforms, including AIX, HP-UX, SUSE, and Redhat.
Experience with scripting and task automation on the above platforms.
Familiarity with remote task execution on UNIX using SSH.
Familiarity with Apache web server, CGI, PHP, and other web technologies preferred
Experience supporting enterprise scheduling products listed previously is a plus.
