The Gas Compression Product Line Manager will manage the 275GL+ product line through all stages of the product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities partnering with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, GSCM, Sourcing, Quality, Services and Sales to deliver programs that will drive growth. Essential Responsibilities
Develop concepts for new products by analyzing internal and external customer feedback, market research, emerging technology, and competitive trends

Drive the process of New Product Initiatives (NPI) and their final launch into the marketplace

Maintain in-depth understanding of market sizing, segmentation, and shares, the specificities of each segment, and constantly track changes and trends

Work closely with the program managers in Technology to ensure smooth interface on program execution

Participate in the development and implementation of marketing concepts, cost/pricing strategies, budget & plans

Initiate and execute required commercial capabilities and competitive strategies for the 275GL+ product line to support Waukesha’s Global Attack Strategy Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering

5+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing or marketing and a strong technical and / or commercial background in engine business Additional Eligibility Qualifications GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
