Clinical Supervisor – Occupational Therapist – Acute Care

York Hospital, a WellSpan Health Systems hospital, has an immediate opening for a Clinical Supervisor of Rehabilitation in York, PA.
The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for Departmental Supervision. In addition, you will be responsible for administering Occupational Therapy as prescribed by a physician.
Responsibilities:
Ensures the delivery of rehabilitation therapy services for inpatients and outpatients by identifying patient needs and developing quality rehabilitation therapy programs.
Analyzes and recommends changes for improvement in program content.
Plans a variety of sensorimotor, educational, recreational and social activities to provide rehabilitation therapy to patients.
Assists in formulating and screening Quality Assurance criteria and providing in-service training for staff.
Consults with medical, nursing and administrative staff on a regular basis to coordinate patient care.
Performs duties of a licensed Therapist as required.
