Partners with senior leadership and other departments to lead various activities required in the ongoing development of the Company's strategic plan, associated portfolios, and implementation of initiatives against the plan. Personally considered a business strategy/portfolio management expert responsible for driving analysis, recommendations, and delivery.

Work activities include:
Contribute to development of strategies and portfolio management.
Contribute to the measurement of strategic opportunities and programs.
Contribute to the development of the Company's strategic plan and roadmap.
Provide research, analysis and development support for new business opportunities.
Coordinate industry and competitive research analysis.
Create presentations intended for officers of the company and sometimes deliver presentations intended for director level positions.
Manage and support mid to large-scale change initiatives.
May perform other job duties as directed by the Employee's leader.
Must be able to meet any physical ability requirements listed on this description.
May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders.

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.

Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, or Finance or related field required.
MBA preferred.

EXPERIENCE:Work Experience:
2+years of finance / accounting related experience
2+ years of change management experience
2+ years of consulting experience
2+ years with presenting material, both written and oral, to finance and department Leaders
2+ years with supporting Tier 1 facilities, technology and/ or strategic projects?
PMP certification strongly preferred
Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience developing and executing strategic plans.
Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in portfolio management.
Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience managing all phases of mid to large-scale programs, with special emphasis on complex business change
Prefer at least 2 years of experience in the transportation industry.

Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines.
Must have strong knowledge of strategic and financial analysis.
Must have proven analytical and quantitative skills; experience with spreadsheets or other quantitative modeling.
Must have the ability to assume a high level of responsibility and to provide direction in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment.
Must have the ability to properly manage highly sensitive and confidential information.
Must have the ability to contend with the range and complexity of large business problems.
Must have the ability to plan and drive large business initiatives to completion.
Must have the ability to understand corporate financial analysis and financial statements.
Must have the ability to partner and work effectively with all levels of management to develop and implement Company plans.
Must be an expert in developing and delivering presentations to large audiences including senior leadership.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate complex issues in a structured and concise manner.
Proven ability in identifying and resolving issues.
Proven ability in designing and conducting analyses, as well as synthesizing recommendations.

Must maintain a well-groomed appearance.
