This is an integral, highly visible role within the National Recruiting team, which will provide challenges, recognition and potential growth for the person selected. This position offers a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain exposure to and learn about recruiting. The Recruiting Intern supports the National Recruiting staff in all administrative functions to include:
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Order letterhead, business cards and literature for dept
Stock and organize supply room
Request and set up video conferences between local hiring manager and remote candidates. Monitor video conference set ups to work through technical difficulties
Mail out offer letter packets, follow up to ensure information is received in a timely manner
Send out new hire setup and other information as requested in regards to new hires
Post/Expire job requisitions to job boards and college career centers
Build and maintain relationships with hiring departments/managers
Planning for Recruiting events and college career fairs
Create all new hire packets
Assemble all Associate Handbooks
Other various administrative tasks.
Scheduling of interviews and presentations with candidates and hiring managers for Recruiters as necessary
Coordinate travel arrangements for out-of-town candidates
Create travel itineraries and interview schedules for out-of-town candidates. Create interview schedules for local candidates.
Coordinate travel associated with new hire relocations
Maintain contacts with Denver and Home Office HR associates
Maintain/update recruiting database (Taleo)

Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Highly proficient in other applications of Microsoft Office including: Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Education and Experience Required
Bachelor's Degree preferred or in progress
1-2 years of experience in an Administrative role
