We are currently seeking a Demand & Supply Chain Planner at our Headquarters' location in Strongsville, Ohio. The Demand Planner with be working cross functionally with supply chain & various business line functions (marketing, finance, sales, etc.) to develop and maintain a sku/distribution center level forecast which supplies the fulfillment planning team with a "by location" shipment signal - against which a production plan can be developed to support customer shipment requirements. Within this broad responsibility the Demand Planner is responsible for detailed service reporting, inventory health monitoring/reporting, new product & anti launch support and sku status maintenance. Responsibilities include: Development & maintain sku/distribution level forecast Track, communicate & monitor sku/distribution level inventory and build requirements for new product launches, anti-launches, promotions or targeted inventory builds. Create, monitor and take action against forecast accuracy measures including MAPE, Bias, and trend consumption tracking. Report out on ongoing service issues (investigate and report out on service challenges including corrective actions to recover inventory health.
