Must be 18 years of age or older. Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Nursing Assistant Certificate required. LTC/Sub-acute experience preferred but will train motivated individual. BLS/AED training required and accepted from only 2 organizations: American Heart Association - BLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR & AED) Program American Red Cross - CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer No online programs from any organization will be accepted
