An Inventory Urban Forester is responsible for collecting tree attributes and GPS locations of municipal trees.
Qualifications: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: ISA Certification. Excellent knowledge of physiology and application of arboriculture terminology. Excellent tree identification skills. Must be able to work outdoors (in all types of weather) for long hours. Must be competitive, self-driven & goal oriented in nature with the ability to follow directions. Attention to detail & good communication skills are also essential to this position. Experience in Urban Forestry and Horticulture is highly valuable.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: It is desired that an Inventory Urban Forester has previous tree work experience and has good computer/file management skills. Ability to travel.
