POSITION SUMMARY: Market Leader is seeking an innovative, results-oriented, customer-centric team player to tackle new feature and product development for one of our Platform Services offerings. In this role, you will be taking on projects related to our CRM, Marketing and Text solutions. We will need you to research the competition, understand our customers, coordinate with stakeholders to define business requirements, and then work very closely with our development team to deliver quality solutions. This is a great opportunity to have an impact and work with a small and dedicated team whose vision is to be the leader real estate technology services.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Help define and develop our Platform services product roadmap

Generate prioritized, actionable insights from customer research

Develop a clear understanding of our competitive landscape and actions to address competitive pressures

Develop business requirement documents (BRD) and product specifications

Work with designers to optimize product features for enhanced user experience

Work with engineers to develop and deploy product features

QUALIFICATIONS:
2-3 years of product management experience

Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements

Proven ability to make smart trade-offs on time-to-market versus features and to respond to competitive threats/opportunities.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and feature concepts.

Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule tradeoffs and opportunistic new ideas with technical employees

Strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution skills, ability to work in an extremely deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask are essential.

Experience in SaaS/hosted solutions is required; CRM/SFA experience is preferred

Experience with mobile applications preferred

Experience in real estate industry preferred

BA/BS required; MBA preferred

Regularly uses PC and phone equipment

Regularly communicates with employees, management, customers, vendors and others as needed

Up to 10% travel as needed
