2) Comfortable speaking before an audience
3) Technical competency
4) Familiarity with powerpoint, etc.
5) Able to travel extensively in assigned territory.
6) Experience in industrial veterinary medicine
7) Sincere interest in providing first class technical support to the veterinary profession

Job Description LOCATION: This is a field based position in the western U.S. Suggested cities are Los Angeles, Dallas, and Phoenix or another city with a major airport.

OBJECTIVES:
1 ) To insure the technical competency of Dechra Veterinary Products Field Sales Managers through continuing training, which may be individually, region meetings, ride -withs, etc.
2) To provide continuing education to the veterinary profession within your assigned territory through evening seminars, lunch n learn presentations , webinars, etc., in support of Dechra Veterinary Products product line and corporate objectives.
3) To make Dechra Veterinary Products product line the first choice among practitioners, Key Opinion Leaders and academics when treating their patients.
4) To build and maintain “Dechra friendly” relationships with key opinion leaders in area of responsibility.

REPORTING:
This position will report to the Manager, Technical Services with a dotted-line report to the Regional Manager. They will work very closely with Regional Managers and local Field Sales Managers.
