Restaurant General Manager!

A General Manager is responsible for directing the daily operations of the restaurant. The General Manager ensures all employees are performing their job responsibilities. The General Manager develops and executes the business plan for a million dollar restaurant.

Our General Manager training program will prepare you to lead a Hardee's team, manage restaurant operations and provide quality guest service. If you have 3 - 5 years of restaurant management experience, customer service skills and the desire to become a General Manager, then it's time to join our team.

Required Experience:
Experience

3- 5 years in an assistant management position preferably fast food restaurant experience

good communication skills

strong leadership ability

customer service oriented

problem solving skills

financial/analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P&L management
