We are proud to partner with Lowes Companies to provide Acute Episodic Care services at our new employee health center in Albuquerque, New Mexico . We are currently seeking a Physician Collaborator to join us in this setting. Our ideal candidate would be comfortable with monthly chart audits and sporadic telephonic consultations with our Primary Provider (NP or PA)
Sign off on standing orders and serve as medical resources for the staff.
Assure the documentation as represented in the medical records meets established standards of documentation
Works cooperatively with the other members of the medical management team to assure efficient and quality health center operations. Assure that patient rights to privacy and confidentiality are strictly maintained
Education and/or Experience:
Graduate of an accredited medical school; at least five years of post-residency clinical experience in an ambulatory care, or emergency room setting;
Licensed to practice medicine in the state; must be Board Certified in Family Practice, Emergency Medicine or Internal Medicine or Board Eligible in aforementioned practice areas. If Board Eligible, must take certification exam within twelve months of date of hire.
Must have current state and federal DEA certification. Must have current certification in Basic Life Support.
