To review and monitor the treasury functions, production and sales of oil & gas to ensure the revenue reporting and its split among partners are properly accounted for.
Cash and Bank Management
Administration and maintenance of all bank accounts
Monitor monthly cash balances and physical balances at bank to ensure the fund at an optimum level
Update bank specimentsignatories of there is any change in personnel
Treasury Managemnet System(TMS)
Daily short-term investment transaction
Transaction FX and bank guarantee issuance by bank
Daily cash positioning process
Monthly cash flow forecast
Prepare quaterly Malaysian Bank Profitability to Calgary
Loan Financing Administration
Administration of external loan facilities for both TML & TMPM3
Prepare monthly Labuan loan schedule to Calgary
Prepare cash call to partners and timely submission to partners
Monitor accurate and prompt cash call receipt from partners
Prepare monthly BG report to Calgary
Assist in co-ordination for BG issuance and receipt BG from certain counter parties as part of ongoing business
Follow-up with users on the expiry of bank guarantee for renewal or return for cancellation
Obtain quarterly credit rating from Credit, Calgary and send updates to users
Bank Negara Malaysia(BNM)
Prepare monthly Statement IA(Inter-company)
Prepare quarterly Expot Sales report
Prepare quarterly International Investment Position by Resident Companies(IIP)
Prepare quarterly Survey of International Trade in Services to Statistic Department
Month End of Financial Closing
Prepare monthly journal entries for PSCs and branch
Prepare monthly account analysis
Monitor Receipts of Oil and Gas and refund of overpayment of oil sales
Credit Information on estimated crude oil revenue
Prepare Head Office Distribution
Bid Financial Evaluation
Evaluate Bidder's financial standing
Update daily forex table
Ad hoc support to HR and Finance
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
The jobholder should have a Degree or Diploma in Accounting or accountancy professional qualification field
Experience & Requirements
Minimun of 2 years working experience in Treasury and Revenue accounting in the oil and gas industry.
Hands on knowledge in Cash Management, Bank Negara Regulations and Banking requirements.
Knowledge of accounting system, Microsoft Excel and other IT application.
Good communication and analytical skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels within Finance and other users.
Dynamic, broad thinking, articulate, result-oriented and deadline driven.
