The purpose of this position is to provide first-level, on-site and telephone-based technical support in solving significantly complex technical problems involving Information Technology. Position works closely with Magic Total Service Desk Knowledgebase to ensure accurate, timely technical support to the user community. Both PC based and Apple Macintosh computers will be supported by this position. Some project work is required on and ad-hoc basis.
